ISSUANCE OF TIER 2, LISTED, RATED, UNSECURED, SUBORDINATE, REDEEMABLE DEBENTURES

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Ideal Finance Limited has decided to issue up to a maximum of Ten Million (10,000,000) Tier 2, Listed, Rated, Subordinate, Unsecured, Redeemable Five Year (2026/2031) Debentures to raise up to a total value of Sri Lankan Rupees One Thousand Million (LKR 1,000,000,000), subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory and other approvals.
